New help for bikers on the trail

If you run into some mechanical problem while riding your bike on the Central Lakes Trail, help is now available just a short pedal away.

A new Bicycle Repair Station was recently installed on the trail across from the elevator.

The Osakis Area Chamber of Commerce organized and completed the project a couple of weeks ago. The station itself was provided by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources in Fergus Falls.

The station includes several tools to help bikers repair or tighten things on a bike, along with a pump in case they get a flat tire.
