School board makes personnel changes
Minor additions to the Osakis School District personnel lineup were approved at the Monday, Sept. 10 School Board regular meeting.
In addition, two contracts for services for the current year were signed.
Ryan Maddock's resignation as baseball coach was accepted with thanks for his service.
Matt Hoelscher was hired as the Student Council advisor as per master agreement amount of $844.
Dylan Kohorst was hired as the assistant baseball coach as per the master agreement amount of $923.
Sarah Meier was hired as the Junior Class advisor. She will split the master agreement amount of $1,599 with Megan Gibbons.
Hollie Kulzer was hired as a van driver for up to 7.5 hours per week at $11.93 per hour.
Paul Hartmann II was hired as a van driver for up to 6.25 hours per week at $11.93 per hour.
The Lakes Country Service Cooperative school district membership agreement was approved for the current school year at a cost of $3,828. This is based on $1.75 per student.
The school nursing contract with Osakis Community Memorial Home was approved for the current school year. This is based on a cost of $55 per hour, and includes such services as nurse visits for medication management supervision, immunization review, vision, hearing and scoliosis screenings, guidance for school health records, health plans for children with special health care needs, consultations with staff, first aid planning, case finding, health counseling, communicable disease control, guidance to designated staff and other school health services as requests.
